We’re excited to announce that Angel Brothers and Century Asphalt are joining the Texas Materials Group family of companies. This move will keep us on the leading edge of asphalt, aggregate production and heavy civil construction services in Texas.
For our customers, the main change you’ll notice is the new name. Our Baytown/Houston area facilities will be incorporated into the Gulf Coast CRH company and our New Braunfels location will be part of the Texas Materials CRH business. Angel Brothers Enterprises is a family owned Texas Highway Contractor originally established in 1972 by Billy Angel in Baytown, Texas. Billy Angel later passed down the business to his three sons; Glenn, Greg and Gary Angel. Today, Angel Brothers Enterprises continues to be family owned and operated by Greg and Gary Angel and remains headquartered in Baytown Texas with additional branch locations in the Hill Country, South Texas and Brazos Valley areas.
Since inception, Angel Brothers continues to follow the simple philosophies of quality, consistency, adaptability and dedicated workmanship. Our firm commitment to these principles has allowed us to maintain our cultural heritage while also enabling us to successfully expand our services into other areas such as aggregate manufacturing and recycling, Century Materials. To date, Angel Brothers owns and operates our own fleet with over 1,700 pieces of equipment and with at least 500 trucks on the road daily. This growth has allowed us to better serve our customers from a pricing standpoint while continuing to maintain our family-owned business culture.
